fuzi9 Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

fuzi9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the user on one side and fuzi9 on the other.

By using the fuzi9 website or application, or by registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

fuzi9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any change will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To open an account at fuzi9, a user must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Confirm that fuzi9's services are not prohibited by local laws in your location.
• Not be banned from gaming by any court or authority.

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may hold only one account. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Opening an account with false information is considered a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the account being closed at any time.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone else or allowing a third party to access your account is prohibited. 2.4 Identity Verification

fuzi9 may request identity documents or other supporting documents from a user at any time in order to verify their identity. Deposits, withdrawals, or other services may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at fuzi9 is ৳200 (two hundred taka) — this limit applies to all payment methods. Deposits must be made through an accepted payment method.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported at fuzi9:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — digital financial services provider.
• Rocket — mobile banking by Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited.
• Upay — mobile financial service by UCB Bank.
• Bank Transfer — major Bangladeshi banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required for identity verification or security checks.

Withdrawals will be issued to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified. Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be held pending verification.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on fuzi9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at fuzi9 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳26,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotional offer may be used once per account.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.
• Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the bonus conditions may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• fuzi9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed immediately.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Policy

All betting and gaming activity on fuzi9 is conducted fairly and transparently. The outcome of each game is determined through a verifiable random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer system.

5.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on a range of sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is confirmed, no changes are possible. fuzi9 reserves the right to void or amend bets placed on odds that were published incorrectly due to a technical error.

5.3 Game Errors

Incorrect winnings or balances displayed as a result of software or technical errors will be corrected automatically. Any attempt to withdraw funds received due to an error may result in the transaction being cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

fuzi9 has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold, and 0.8% for Platinum. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and contributions.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fuzi9:

• Creating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of a third party.
• Abusing bonuses or placing bets with the intention of gaining an unfair advantage from any promotional offer.
• Any form of money laundering or financial manipulation.
• Operating games through automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or network.
• Fraudulent activity against other users.
• Using an account on behalf of a minor or assisting a minor in creating an account.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in the immediate closure of the account and the associated balance may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 fuzi9's Rights

fuzi9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to:

• Providing false identity or documents.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Any activity listed under the Prohibited Activities section.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A user may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the available balance (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided all wagering requirements have been met.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

fuzi9 never sells your personal information to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with approved partners for the purposes of payment processing, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own actions.

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the fuzi9 website — including logos, brand names, graphics, text, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of fuzi9 or is used under an authorized license.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any part of these materials without written permission from fuzi9 is prohibited. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

12 Changes to Terms

fuzi9 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If any significant changes are made, notice will be given on the website homepage or to the user's registered email address. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published will be taken as the user's acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between fuzi9 and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. To report a dispute, please notify our support team in writing as soon as possible.

If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the dispute may be referred to the applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process. fuzi9 is committed to cooperating at all times for a fair and prompt resolution.
